After a mishap with a payment, I have to commend the Practice Manager Katherine. She dealt with the issue promptly and demonstrated great professionalism and courtesy.

During this time Katherine advised me that they are having great difficulty obtaining a licence to provide bulk billing for MRIs. Apparently the Gympie Region does not require it, according to government regulators.

Please get behind them and assist where ever you can.

This would be such a benefit to the region.
