Restrictions ludicrous according to local resident

YOUR STORY: I refer to the uproar over the restrictions placed on dog owners using Horn Park. My yard backs on to Horn Park.

Over the years, I have never had a problem with off leash dogs disturbing my dog.

I think the restriction placed on dog owners is ludicrous.

I wonder if the instigator of this stupid rule also is in charge of traffic management in this gridlocked city?
