High fuel prices

Coming back from Brisbane yesterday, fuel was $1.17 a litre at Sandgate, in the low $120's driving north, $1.19 at Tiaro (where I filled up) and a massive $1.33 a litre back in Hervey Bay. Can someone please explain the massive fuel prices here in Hervey Bay!!
